YouTube Shorts Monetization Rules for 2022

In this blog, we'll go over the new YouTube short monetization rules for 2022.
Youtube has announced that starting in April 2022, all creators will need to submit a video to YouTube before being able to earn money on their videos. This means that anyone who wants to start making money from their videos will need to upload at least 10 minutes of content to YouTube first. YouTube pays with Youtube Shorts monthly fund. They reach out thousands of shorts producers that are in action and are liked the most on YouTube in the recent month and reward them with the fund. In the fund you can get from 100$ to 1000$ based on your content views and engagement. I will say that on YouTube shorts don't lose hope if you don't get monthly fund reward because YouTube Shorts is a great way to increase subscribers and increase lead generation.

Requirements:

  • You must have at minimum 1000 subscribers.
  • If you do not meet these requirements, then you cannot make money from your videos.
  • For YouTube Shorts monthly fund you will need an adsense account and tons of views and likes.
